How to sign in

If you have an account, just enter either your username or your email address. You can also optionally click one of the third-party account icons to choose a different method of logging in (which may be quicker).

Employees: ChartMaxx employees (not customers) who have a password may click on "I have a password" to save a step.

First time users

Customers: go ahead and sign in with a third-party account.
Do not enter your email address. Instead click one of the icons along the bottom of the login form that corresponds to the type of account you are using (Yahoo, Google, etc.)

Employees: you may use a third-party account just like customers; or you may enter your email address as it appears in our company directory.

Additional instructions will be provided after you complete this step.

Signing in with a username or email address

If you have an account, just enter either your username or your email address.

Employees with a password

All ChartMaxx employees (not customers) who have a password may click on "I have a password" to save a step.

Enter a password

Logging into this account requires a password or passphrase.

Note that only ChartMaxx employees (not customers) may login using a password.

For new customers

1. Customers should first contact ChartMaxx support and request to be added as a customer contact. Verification will be requested and an active email address must be on file.
2. You will need an OpenID-enabled account at a trusted third-party site. We suggest one of the following:
   • A VeriSign PIP account — free
   • A Google or GMail account — free
   • A Yahoo! account — free
   If you want to use a different OpenID provider, please contact ChartMaxx support.
3. Select one of the account option icons corresponding to your chosen OpenID provider at the bottom of the form. Then enter any username, if needed, and click the "register" button.

For ChartMaxx employees

1. Enter your work email address as it appears in the corporate directory. Futher instructions will be emailed to you.

Yahoo! instructions

If you already have a Yahoo! account, you can use that to automatically login this site.

Most people should just click on the “sign in” button.

Optional: If you know a specific Yahoo! OpenID “identity name” you wish to use rather than your default one you may enter it. Note this is not your email address; your OpenID name and Yahoo! account name are usually different.

When you click “sign in”, you will be taken to Yahoo!'s site to verify that you want to login to this site. After confirmation you will come back here.

Google instructions

If you have a Google or Gmail account, you can use that to automatically login this site.

AOL/AIM instructions

If you already have an AOL or AIM (Instant Messenger) screenname, you can use that to automatically login this site.

Just enter your screenname. You will then be taken to the AOL site to verify that you want to login to this site, after which you will come back here.

VeriSign instructions

If you already have a VeriSign Personal Identity Portal (PIP) persona, you can use that to automatically login this site.

Just enter your PIP username, then click “sign in”.
